The Agency co-founder Shad Hassen has featured on 7NEWS with the sale of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese's investment property.
The Prime Minister has been a client of Mr Hassen's for two decades and spring selling season is the perfect time to auction the property in Sydney's popular suburb of Dulwich Hill.
The three-bedroom semi at 29B Lewisham Street features contemporary finishes and has been owned by the Prime Minister for nine years. It is due to go under the hammer on October 12 with a price guide of $1.9 million.
